From the perspective of a long time weight lifter (almost 50 years lifting, damn I'm getting old...). It is not a bad workout and will work just fine for beginner to intermediate as is (advanced lifters by default know enough to tune their workouts to their goals). Personally I would rearrange the movements a little and maybe change the Arnold Press to rear delt raises. Done properly the Arnold Press works all three heads of the deltoid muscle, but that is the only movement in the routine given that hits the rear delt directly, then only for part of the movement. Since it gives you front and side (lateral) raises, including rear (or bent over raises) balances out the full shoulder muscle. Have to admit though, now I'm curious about how good a routine AI can put together. Something for me to play with I guess. Thank you for your channel, I do enjoy your content. Jeff

Glad you’re enjoying the content. I’m not a pro lifter but I too am curious with how effective AI can be managing workouts. Something I don’t talk about is that you can technically have your smart home read your existing workout and have it and make incremental changes

@@technithusiast For beginner to intermediate lifters, the incrementally increased resistance would be a nice tool to maybe keep them motivated and moving forward. For the people passionate about lifting as opposed to the (large percentage of) people who lift just for their health or because they hate lifting less than other forms of exercise 😆, it would be less helpful. The closer you get to 100% of your natural (intentional word choice here!) potential the more variables are involved in adding weight to your movements. Getting that strong requires a lot of time and work, it does not happen by accident. Those people listen to their bodies and adjust accordingly. Some days you feel strong, other days gravity sucks harder... Back to your underlying thought above. AI would need to have greater insight into your body's overall health. Take a look at the Garmin Connect software, it tracks a large number of your bodies health variables. That would probably be a good place to start playing around with that notion. Would still need more individual nutritional intake information than Garmin Connect provides, but again that only becomes important as you advance along your fitness curve.

I think this is the missing piece that I needed to get obsidian working with node-red without having to run it local and having two node reds

With this version you only need 1 instance of Node-red and it could be installed in any location
