Hello MK kind regards from UK thank you for the pistachio cake receipe I made it came out so nice I donated this to a children's cancer hospital and they liked it so much so bottom of my ❤ thank you. For a few months I was crazy about making crepe cakes and made one practically every week, I don't particularly like eating them but enjoy making them, so if I may make a suggestion... The batter should ideally be a fair bit thinner so that you get almost transparent crepes, so thinner batter and then after swirling the pan , pour off the excess batter.. This gives you wafer thin crepes that taste good, too thick or Even relatively thin and they tend to get leathery especially after the filling goes in and the cake gets chilled..

Ooohh that would be delicious! There is already quite a lot of cream in the cake but I absolutely love cream so I would love it on the sides too haha :D

Heya! You could try more cream cheese but it will make the frosting quite strong :) or you could replace the mascarpone with more whipped cream - you may just need to adjust the sugar :)

Das crepe Rezept ist so schlecht. Benutzt lieber ein blini Rezept, die kommen viel düner und stabiler raus. Das Rezept hat viel zu viel Butter und zu wenig Mehl was die Crepes extrem instabil macht.

Heya! :) Simple pop into an airtight container and store in the fridge for around 5 days or so :)
