I felt transported to your kitchen Aunty Pauline. The ambiance created by your beautiful drapes, forming a wonderful backdrop for the lovely fruits and vegetables and the array of plants, helped to create the harmony. Never had cow cod soup. Something to think about trying. Blessings to both you and Uncle. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Greetings to you from the UK. We've (my husband and I)' been watching a lot of your videos. My husband has just lost his mum of 84 after a relatively short illness. He says that your son is very lucky to have these recipes documented for all to see and learn from. Many British born young Jamaicans have not learnt to cook these dishes and will be lost thru' the annals of time. Your son has provided a valuable pieece of history even though you are in the USA.

I just enjoy watching your videos, and I'm a big lover of soups and have been making it now a lot .Your soups look so delicious 😋 Although I dont eat cow skin or foot , chicken foot or okra, but that really doesn't change the fact of how nice it looks ...I'm a lover of the scotch bonnet pepper too and went to Jamaica to bring back some sauce or some seeds but the few I saw in the supermarket was brown yes brown I guess it's from all the rain that has been falling down there of course I was super disappointed 😢😢 In the spring, if possible, could I even get some pepper or seeds to plant here? I would appreciate it if possible, and postage is to be included in cost ...Also every time I watch your videos, it's like watching my mother doing the things she loved most cooking and gardening . Take care, ❤😋😋

This soup looks so good and warming! Cow foot and those parts of the bull aren’t too hard to find in Central California where we’re lucky to have lots of Latino and Asian in the mix (and lots of dairy and beef cattle) but almost always frozen and from bigger animals. I’ll be looking harder from now on! I’ve seen all the vegetables but breadfruit in Asian markets so maybe I’ll be able to make something like it. Thanks for sharing - the comments show that it was one of the comfort foods of childhood.
