hes Olympic weighlifter so no they train 4-6days a week on average so he will likely come back do lighter work same movement maybe next day or even later session that day. if mean for his max strength CNS to recover yh sure that could take like fortnight two weeks if was genuinely right near max

@@hamedhaidari8658 it is. Bracing is like you're increasing the pressure of your stomach like a balloon that's why it looks inflated. Try standing on top of a closed can of soda and compare that to an empty can you'll see that the empty can will crumble easily but the full can can support your entire bodyweight unless you're 200 kg

@@patootie3529 It's not ass to grass, but looking at his proportions and wide stance. I'm pretty he COULDN'T physically go any lower if he wanted to. His torso is extremely vertical and he has huge ankle dorsiflexion adding to the fact he's wearing high heeled weightlifting shoes, I say this squat is more legit than 95% of the population, ATG or not.

Some ppl have a strange tendency to stick out there tongue when thinking hard or exerting more force then they r used to. I am 1 of those ppl, in both camps. I don’t do it all the time but I do it sometimes. I started doing it around when I reached 20yo. Maybe I’m taking after my grandpa more than I realize in some areas.
