Local Railgun expert here. Time to do some ballistics calculations. For the sake of simplicity I am saying the target is an impossibly ridged object, like the aircraft carrier. With a 626.1 kg object moving that fast, a collision would produce roughly 31,656,849.832 pounds of force. Or to be slightly more scientific, 42,920,925.189106 Joules. And yes, before you ask I do calculate this for all my railguns with a measurable muzzle velocity.

Alrighty, good sir. I have a challenge for you: Weaponize the Quantum Drive (several KZbinrs have covered how to make one). I've yet to see anyone do so, and I want to see what you can do with one.

I have done this, it’s actually super effective. Quantum engines produce a near infinite amount of torque, so it will just cut through anything and everything with very little resistance. Back when armored seats where actually indestructible, you could make a blade of them extending out and you would just have a flying lightsaber. It was fun.
