the "outside voice" bit will never be thr same to me once i realized alpha's mic placement vs jan's mic placement. alpha's mic is off to the side and like a foot away from his face and probably has the settings tuned to an audio engineer's wet dream, whereas Jan's is in the ASMR position, which means neither of them have a choice in using inside/outside voice because otherwise it'll sound like garbage, and yet they are both so petty about it

as much as this is fun to watch, it's actually a cool idea that both people are learning from each other's comedic style and the way they make content. Lowkey a fun spin on react content cause its both benefiting each other but also they can learn something from it too.

I love that jan's 'outside voice' is just his normal voice with a bit more pep in it and more body movement 😂 (I also adore the fact that, even if Jan has never played Undertale, he uses the soundtrack in the background of the video lol)
