Wow! What a difference! You seem to think of every detail Alex. Great music choices for the production. Elaina gets more beautiful every day.

Thanks Nettie! Going slow allows us to think through all the little details 😆 Elaina's like wine, gets better with age 😉

Wow it’s looking really good! Young man I’ve been following you awhile keep up the good work! When is expected start date in the bigger house?
@MasonDixonAcres13 күн бұрын
Thanks for following along!! The main house will be a good while - maybe 5-7 years out. The next big project is a large multi-purpose barn 👍🏻

Pat yourselves on the backs. Hanging 5/8” on the ceiling is difficult, especially with cut-outs.

Please, please tell me you're doing JACKSHAFT operators for your garage door.
@MasonDixonAcres13 күн бұрын
Yep they will be side mounts! But we put outlets in both the side and center locations just in case. All the low voltage wire is routed for the side mounts though.

You're way too critical of yourself. Most professional sheetrockers wouldn't have bothered to make the board with the duct work that tight. Everything came out looking good. I can't believe how long those guys took to hang that garage. My ex-boss would have chewed me tf out if 3 guys disappeared into a garage for 12 hours without finishing it.

Appreciate it!! I guess that's why he's an ex-boss 😂

We will be using it for more than car storage, the back will be a woodshop / maker space and a portion of the front will be a gym area
