I particularly love that the chicken was semi-baked/broiled before another marinade was added, this will make two distinct flavors when cooked. The outer layer will have a different flavor that melds with the juices from the marinade absorbed by the chicken, plus it prevents the chicken from drying out during the cooking process. The potato dish is also a a new recipe to enjoy, with its bell pepper, zucchini and cheese, it is a new flavor for our local palate.

Hola. Creo que lo que cocinastes son contramuslos y no muslos de pollo. Aparte de eso, la receta es buena yá que cada uno puede utilizar la parte del pollo que más le guste. Pero para mí , ( por supuesto ) las patatas a la mantequilla solo necesitan eso, una buena mantequilla y sal . Las otras verduras, las haría igual que tú pero las pondría separadas y le añadiría unos buenos champiñones naturales , laminados muy finos. Sólo es una idea. Tú receta me parece bien. Saludos
