My grandpa bought some property at an auction. The guy used to send my grandfather letters from prison about where certain things had been, like septic tanks ect, but every once in a while he would get a random one. Guy was in prison for murdering an entire family in the woods, we will just say lack of sleep was involved.

Years ago I was selling real estate and had a deal with another agent in the office, the proverbial nice guy, about a month later he murdered his wife! Someone found the body in the woods after a few weeks and the police watched the area and sure enough he went back to the scene. Not long after that a guy came in to interview with the broker to be an agent, when the broker asked how he heard about the firm he said he was in the same jail cell with our murderer and he just raved about how good the office was!
