1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
2 leeks.
2 stalks of celery.

Mix everything thoroughly.
Cover with a lid and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Let cook for 15 minutes.
Parsley.
3 slices of bread.
Olive oil.
Salt.
Dried garlic.
Red pepper.
Oregano.
Cook in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
Add parsley.
The soup is ready!
The croutons are ready for the soup!

1 sweet potato
2 garlic.

Thyme.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Cover with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Fill with water.
Let cook for 15 minutes.
4 slices of bread.
Cook in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
Ginger.
Parsley.
Mix well.
Olive oil.
7 garlic.
Salt.
Grease the bread.
Very fragrant!

1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
3 garlic.
Chop finely.
1 leek.
4 stalks of celery.

1 broccoli.
Peel the leg and cut into cubes.
Frozen peas 200 gr.
Vegetable broth.
4 bay leaves.
Cook vegetables covered for 12 minutes.
Ginger.
We no longer need the bay leaf, it can be removed.
Add ginger and mix well.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Vegetables are ready!
Grind until smooth.
250 ml soy cream.
Mix well.
3 slices of bread.
Olive oil.
Salt.
Red pepper.
Dried garlic.
Roasted golden brown.
Parsley.
The croutons are ready for the soup!

Oat flakes 250 gr.
Flaxseed 2 tablespoons.
Salt 0.5 teaspoon.
Water 400 ml.
Leave on for 2-3 hours or overnight.
Celery 300 gr.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
3 garlic.
Fry for 1 minute.
3 potatoes.
Let cook for 2-3 minutes.
Parsley.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Pour in vegetable broth.
Cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to parchment paper and spread it in a thin layer.
Cook in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes.
Grind until smooth.
3 slices of bread.
Olive oil.
Salt.
Dried garlic.
Italian herbs.
Red pepper.
Roasted golden brown.
Very tasty and aromatic croutons are ready for the soup!
Cut into small pieces.

5 potatoes.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
1 red pepper.
1 chili pepper.
2 stalks of celery.
1 onion.
1 carrot.
Mushrooms 100 gr.
Frozen peas 100 gr.
Cover with a lid and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
3 garlic.
Chop finely.
Tomato sauce 100 gr.
Salt.
Italian herbs.
Mix well and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Fill with hot water.
Let cook for 5 minutes.
Dill.
The soup is ready!
