This 'Vette Is The Ultimate Copart Find! Or Is It? Copart Walk Around 7/5/24

You can't imagine my surprise when I saw this little red Corvette sitting along in the Copart Auto Auction yard. This 1995 Chevy Corvette rebuild would be very easy because the damage is minimal. This was obviously a show car since the owner had laminated the window sticker and kept it in the back. In this video, I'll let you hear the Corvette exhaust and the engine!
Then I'll show you a 2010 Mercedes C300 with hidden damage! I'll tell you why it's so important to visit the auction yard to view the vehicles you want to bid on because you never know what could be hidden. Finally, I'll give you a 2014 Mercedes ML350 review and talk about the Mercedes balance shaft issue. This SUV is in perfect condition, but the engine is a disaster!!

The engine in that 1995 is actually not a LS, but a LT1 V8. They're a bit of a pain to work on, and you have to especially watch the Optispark ignition module (especially if the water pump fails and gets the Optispark wet), but these are still good engines

That ML doesn’t have the Balance Shaft defective engine. That issue was on the M272 V6 which was built from 2006-2011 but they fixed that problem by late 2007. The engine in that ML is the M276 V6 and is direct injected. They are overall pretty reliable. They have 302HP compared to the older V6 which has 258HP

3.5 (350 ML) is direct injection engine,no balance shaft issues,they were sold that problem in 2008

Mercedes 2008 was the last year for balance shaft issues, the 2012 actually has the 3.5l 302hp direct injection version

Mike doesn't point it out, but I agree, someone is hiding something. If you look, there is a big color difference between the body and exterior when the doors are open. The door jams are a brighter shade than the exterior and sun fade doesn't make paint darker. Take into consideration the other thinks Mike mentioned, each wheel has a different brand of tire, and the plugs have been yanked (prevent anyone from starting it),you have to consider that someone put lipstick on a pig and is trying to pass it on (and off as something better than it is).. I'm not a Corvette guy, but I think I would enjoy it or at least seeing it on someone's channel. I think it has a lot of potential.

It is a 300 hp LT one engine and the only bad thing about them is if the water pump leaks, it puts out Optus spark right underneath it a.k.a. electronic distributor, almost

Hey Mike nice video that is one nice looking corvette. Imagine if that corvette had the prince cd with the song little red corvette. I would definitely buy it for yourself. The 95 had the 5.7 liter with 300 horsepower and the 95 ZR1 had 405 horsepower. Keep up the great content.

Like always Mercedes, BMW, etc are very risky cars. The ML doesn’t sound fully healthy, and it seems like has something wrong with it. The C-class, you know by looking doesn’t run or anything. So if it gets to about $700, I’d walk away from it. The Corvette is a very good choice for YOU, we’d love to see if you open some money and bring something like that to the channel. Maybe you can go to power tour in your own car, maybe you make your own mods with the Corvette and make a series out of it! I’d go for the Vette like, keep it up we love the grind ❤

That Mercedes Benz must need its sparkplugs replaced. Also since is direct injection the intake manifold will need to be cleaned. That is probably why is not running well. 😊
