Supreme Lord Commander thanks! English isn't my mother tongue and I made video on the spot without preparation so I am a bit embarrassed about the many ahh's 😉

Have you tried the abec 97mm on that rough roads? curious to know how much better it is
@bbanl8 жыл бұрын
matt svadjian no, just the original wheels of the Carbon GT Street. But I guess the difference would be minimal as the wheels are not inflatable like the AT wheels

I heard the 97mm ABEC 11 wheels are a little better when riding on rough or damaged roads. But people are buying the 97mm ABECs because they can reach up to 42km/h, in comparison to the standart 83mm, which can go only 36km/h
@nismo9298 жыл бұрын
I think they are softer rubber as well. Plus being bigger, they should be able to bridge the gaps over rough roads smoother. Obviously not like the AT....maybe you could do a comparison?

matt svadjian I guess they would be a bit smoother than the normal street wheels but no where near the AT wheels. One other issue with the normal street wheels is that when you break real hard on a wet surface (going 20-35km/h) you will start to skid as the back wheels will block (no abs) and your board will start to slide sideways. Pretty scary. This does not happen with the AT wheels due to their much better traction. The street setup is really fun for dry smooth roads but for commuting or various surfaces and going fast the AT setup is more fun and safer and it really does give the same skateboard feel. I first was hesitant as the AT setup doesn't really look like a skateboard with its bigger wheels but if you ride it you are sold.

and I know English is probably more his primary language. It was a decent video though.

how much range do you get with street and at setup?
@bbanl8 жыл бұрын
Shen Kai On KZbin there are others who have tested this. On eco mode they got to 50km which is super impressive. In GT mode the range is less but still impressive. I estimate about 30km but it also depends on the weight of the driver.

Yes Sebastian, pretty embarrassing :-) We did it in a rush. We now put up an edited version which is a bit better as we had to cut out a lot of eh's :-))

Michael de Guzman yes, not the most professional edit, sorry about that. English is not my first language and we made the review on impulse. Next will be better ;-)

Mixed Packs yes, sorry for the stutter, I am Dutch and English is a foreign language for me. Despite that I should have been able to speak more fluently but the review was a spur of the moment thing and I didn't have time to think what I wanted to say. So apologies if I annoyed you.
