This first freak out actually makes sense to me. I got a friend that just had a hard life. Lots of abuse. Talking it out with a therapist when you have all that baggage. Sometimes it only goes so far. That's why those places you can go just rent and hour to break shit are so popular. When I was a kid we had woods near us where I could break shit and just be a cave man about it. If this is another form of that that totally makes sense. That's what my friend needs

Yeah, you get it. I posted it this comment somewhere else in the video but it sums up what you said: Meh, the more I watch penguinz videos the more I realize he's just the dry eyes guy with a sense of humor, hating on a lot of things he doesn't understand. This video is extreme but there are a lot of things many people can take away. Many people DO have a lot of repressed trauma in certain areas of your body and you can biomechanically get "stuck" causing other parts of your body to compensate. Then there are the subconscious areas of your brain that have shoved trauma down to where it's always active but you're not aware of it. I think some of the comments here like "I'm lowkey jealous of this dude, he's free af" shows that some people know that theres value in some of what this dude is doing here but are ironically sort've shamed to admit it because this is a comedy channel with some low brow humor at times. Maybe I'm looking too much into that last part but a good starting point to knowing more about this sort've thing is looking into The Shadow Self by Carl Jung. Good stuff, have a great day guys.

Laughter is a release from an uncomfortable situation. I think someone very comfortable with themselves wouldn't really find the humor in it. Some people have had to go through some shit in their lives. So you could come at this with "humor" or from a lense of empathy and asking why this dude is doing this and if there is ANY value in it, which, there inherently is.
