It's amazing how well your new clean/setup is working! You just flew along in this video pulling orders. Sorry you are feeling so low. Heat exhaustion is no joke and dangerous. Hydrate, rest and stay cool!

Sound like heat exhaustion. I've had that and what you explained is what it felt like. Caution: after my bout with it. I am way more sensitive to the heat and it has been years.
@chrisf676514 күн бұрын
I can't say I've experienced it myself, but I do work outdoors in the summer and have been told ad nauseam that once it happens to you, you're more susceptible to heat exhaustion/stroke for the rest of your life. Stay safe and take care of yourself!

Last wk, I too had the worst stomach cramps which felt like pregnancy cramping. Doc said it sounded like a stomach virus (but he wasn’t sure), which had me feeling weak as well.. And like u, tho I usually don’t need much sleep at all, I too slept night and day. Listen to ur body. Ur health is more important so don’t deny sleep. Feel better ‘dude’.

Florida native here and the sun and heat is no joke. Hope you feel better soon and awesome job Tina for saving the day and Dave. He's lucky you are there to help him with the work and you took care of him while he was sick. I've had 3rd degree burns from my knees to my toes from falling asleep partway under an umbrella at the beach, that was a nightmare.

Since being on blood pressure meds, I'm extremely sensitive to heat now. Staying hydrated is the key, I drink gatoraide now if I'm going to be out in the sun, water doesn't help in my case. I've had to quit going to College World Series games during the day and only go to the night games. I wear golf apparel now when out in the sun, that helps with the heat & wear a hat.

You probably had sunstroke. Get the sleep you need and hydrate. The sun really takes a toll on your system. Don't overdo it cuz you'll just feel bad longer. Sending prayers your way hoping you feel better soon. And I know that Tina's help is much appreciated.

Heat stroke? Just a tip I learned a long time ago, if you throw up don't drink anything for a half an hour. I"m glad you are doing better. I avoid the sun.

It looks indeed like some kind of poisoning! The last time I had food poisoning it was one of the worst days of my life. Throwing up, toilet and wanting to pass out all at the same time. Still, the silver lining was that my boyfriend, who also had food poisoning like me, only caught on a few hours later after me. Thank god, otherwise with just one toilet I don't know how it would be! Hope you feel better soon Dave and don't forget to hydrate a lot and drink some sports drinks to get your electrolytes back!

Dave, it's called Heat Stroke. Do you know why it's called STROKE? Because it has the same affect on your body as a stroke does on your brain and it's every bit as serious. Please know what heat exhaustion and heat stroke are and how to treat both. If not for you then for your kids. You are very lucky!!!

If you're already nauseous, water will make it worse. (Which is a bummer because...dehydration!) I try to get a dissolvable anti-nausea med on board before drinking. - Take it from someone who has been sick a lot. Sorry for how rotten you were feeling! It's miserable.

Aww Dave, I know you have stuff to do with your orders, but you need to take care of yourself first. Sounds like you got sun poisoning not heat exhaustion and that's just awful. Keep drinking liquids with electrolytes to help replace what you expelled and rest as much as you can. Looking at you on this video, I can tell you weren't up to your bubbly self yet. Hope you're back to 100% soon.

I've had sun poisoning before, or more accurately, a severe sunburn. Is your skin blistering? The skin blisters and then the blisters break and discharge fluid (water?). Your skin than peels. From your symptoms, it sounds a lot more like you had food poisoning. Fever, vomiting, and diarrhea is much more indicative that you consumed the wrong type of bacteria that you got a bad sunburn. If I was a betting man, and I'm not, I'd wager you got too much sun and ate something bad.
