Dave your 100 percent correct. Life is short and money isn’t everything. I own a brick and mortar store and i run a weekly auction of 50 items per auction with local pickup. I also sale on eBay and Mercari. My 90 day total is over 250 k and I work way too much. I was just as happy when I was a smaller reseller. Money don’t make you happier.

Man, I've been posting 10-30 things a day for over a month now and sales haven't really picked up like I thought they might. I sell used clothes and collectables that I buy in auction and my prices are super low compared to most other sellers in the clothing section, I just cant seem to steadily break $1000 / month as of right now though. It might be metrics or something but my account is a year old with 65 positive feedback, For some reason, eBay is far from just flipping a switch for success it seems.

As far as the negative feedback is concerned, If you are a top rated seller and if you refund the buyer, their negative gets automatically removed. And it does so very quickly.

That’s not true at all Rick, I’ve been a top rated seller for 2 years since I started. I have 1% negative feedback, so 40 negatives and over 2500 positive feedback in the last 12 months, they do NOT get removed if you refund the buyer. Not sure where you heard this information.
