What happened was that the manager (who you likely spoke to) named Wes, parted ways with the company. After he left that location (we haven't tried the other locations) went downhill when it comes to both customer service and food quality. We're always missing items, the food is tasteless. We used to go 4 to 6 times a month - and we've completely given up on the company. They also as a whole changed how many sauces you get at once - used to be a 16 piece of poppers would come with 3 sauces - now only a 12 piece max and comes with 2 sauces, for the same price. Absolutely horrible changes overall.

even if it’s “your fault” it’s still not your fault. for a fast food company, packaging and food safety is something they have to be on top of to prevent any possible accident. it’s good that you showed that the staple fell, because if anyone has kids they now have to be extra vigilant, check the food boxes instead of letting a kid open their own bags or food. adults, sure they can monitor themselves, but the risk of metal entering food from their own packaging is a major problem. they need to change to stickers as a way to seal the bags.

That staple in the food was wild man, regardless if you knocked it in there accidentally, I'm just glad you didn't swallow the bugger. I think a couple people are missing something with their comments about the pickles though. I mean, everyone has a right to not like stuff and not want it in their food, but it goes beyond that. As someone who worked in fast food, if someone orders no pickles; well, yeah, maybe they just don't like pickles (which is valid) but also who knows, they could be deadly allergic. When the receipt says no pickles, there better be no damn pickles on the sandwich, because it could be a preference or it could be an allergy, we don't ask for that info so we have to treat every preference like a potential risk.

yeah I started eating Stickys back in late 2010s over on Murray Hill. It was crunchy and sauce flavors were on point. I also went to the West 4 location(no longer there). I go to the Times Sq location and its okay but doesn't taste like it used to for me. I def feel like they have fallen off and this is someone eating for yearssss.

He just tries the food and the rest of his eating for the day consists of lean meat/chicken/fish, vegetables, and some type of carb, usually rice I believe. He also owns a gym with his friend so he works out 7 days a week I believe & walks a ton/has a good cardio regiment

I believe what Diet Coke is missing is ace k. It’s a sweetener that’s insanely sweet. They just put like a drop or two in Coke Zero and not in Diet Coke and that’s what makes the difference.

the coke website says the Coke Zero is designed to taste more like actual cola, and Diet Coke is supposed to be a lighter version of coke. also Diet Coke also has a bit more caffeine than zero. I hope they make a Dr. Pepper Zero that tastes more like actual Dr. Pepper, because Diet Dr. Pepper tastes like a lighter version of Dr. Pepper and I would like one that tastes more like the real deal.

Dick swings? The food has a menu where you can choose to try different flavours of cooking. It is a restaurant that people have options to order anything on the menu that they get from the establishment. There is an assortment of delicious flavours that anyone with a hungry feeling will be surprised is on the menu. Mmmm good foods are on that menu just waiting to be looked at for people with a strong hunger for hot cooking that they can order from any store that has the menu just waiting to be ordered on. Their menu is great I think I’ll eat the wings!
