this guy is a world class athlete. if you were to make a competion with weight classes were you compete in max dead and squat and vertical and broad and 40 yards max. he would probaply get atleast top 3 in the world

For Back: Pull ups, Lat Pulls, and barbell/dumbell Rows For Abs/Core: HIGH REP sit-ups and 2:00 Planks (try doin 100 sit-ups everyday) u get mean results quick

About the same, some NFL players are unbelievably strong. James Harrison squatted over 700lbs, and Larry Allen could bench press 700lbs. Ray Williams, strongest powerlifter in the world, was a college football player too, and it was his squat in the football workouts that coaches urged him to try powerlifting.
