1 tsp minced ginger
64 oz chicken stock
Bok choy
4 oz cremini, shiitake and oyster mushrooms
24oz bag wonton/ dumplings (I used chicken)
3 stalks green onion

💯 If you look up Bok Choy, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and mushrooms they are all full of antioxidants and anti inflammatory properties. That soup for sure will give your immune system the boost it needs. Thanks for sharing such a great recipe!
