It's easier than you think....IF you are highly flexible! Crow = No problem but I'm not flexible enough for firefly yet.

I’ve always felt very flexible because my legs and arms are quite long and strong ! However your video clarifies so many points for increasing my flexibility! I never knew these exercises! WOW
