My husband used to bag groceries when he was a kid in the ‘70s. When he comes to the store with me (which isn’t often), he is stunned that bread isn’t 4 for a $1.00. I remind him, honey, it’s not 1975. 😂😂

I will never forget when my middle son, who is 47 now, was around 6 we were in Sears. They had a display of toilets and bidets. He was standing there looking at the bidet and said “that’s an awfully short water fountain”. I thought the salesman who was standing there was going to choke trying not to laugh. My husband and I busted out laughing and our son looked at us like we were loons. He couldn’t figure out what was so funny.

You should make a “master” shopping list now so when the babies arrive you could just mark what you need…add a space for write ins and have that when someone beside you have to do the shopping.

I really enjoyed hearing Mark say he wanted a bidet for Christmas. I bought one that attaches to my toilet from Amazon for around 50.00 , took my son in law about 10 mins to hook it up. Like Mark , I love it!! LOL

Hi, an older lady told me if you put carrots in a big plastic container or little. If you don’t have Mini and layer them with wet paper towels they will last up to a year I tried it and she was right and they are amazing. Put the lid on and, you don’t have to add water love your videos from Canada

Greetings from West Central Illinois (right by the Mississippi River). I did a double take when I saw the brand of shelf stable milk. Prairie Farms is all over these parts. I never would have thought to see it in Alaska. When I was a kid, their jingle was Fresh from the moo to you, Prairie Farms Dairy.

Please don’t wear yourself out. Remember to not do too much. I know it’s hard because as moms we’re use to doing a lot but twins really tire you out. I love Marks shock at the prices. It’s the same shock my husband had at the new inflation prices. Everett is adorable.💝

After using your hand and toe warmers place them in a plastic bag with oxygen absorbing packets you get in food ect and then when you need one just shake it a little bit and reuse it ( hand and feet warmers) up to 3 more times. I work with the homeless and learned it from them.

Your heated blanket looks gorgeous, our winters just don’t warrant having one. Carrying your hubs through winter has worked out really well. Root vegetables such as carrots, beet, celery, parsley root and all cabbage plants can be stored for a long time in moist sand. Due to the sand, the vegetables do not dry out, do not mold or shrivel. Works great! Important: do not use building sand, but play sand.

The boys did a great job helping. You and Luna are going to love that heat blanket! I use mine daily in the winter, sometimes I throw it across the bed to warm it up on the coldest nights. My kitty loved mine so much that I ended up buying a small heating pad for cheap at Walmart and stuck it under a blanket on her favorite spot to cozy up in the winter.
