I just made the sourdough cheese crackers, and it came out amazing! Thank you for the recipe, I can't believe I never did it before. I don't have a food processor, so I mixed by hand and it was very easy. Definitely gonna do this more often

an easy way for dipping in chocolate is to use your potato masher. Hold it straight up and down . Put what you want to dip on the inside of the masher on the flat part . Then dip into the chocolate . You will be able to do 2 or 3 pieces at a time . I hope that made sense. thanks for the great videos

You should try sprinkling sea salt on the top of the dates instead of nuts at the end. It's so good! I swear its the missing ingredient. Taste just like a snickers bar.

My grandfather would score the sides of a cucumber ( lengthwise) with a fork and then slice. For a pretty salad when using bitter skinned cucumbers he would peel them first.

Why freeze before baking? Dies that help with crispiness? Also id your freezing them then I’m thinking that could be a good way to bulk prep make a few batches and freeze up the cut outs kind of like break and break cookies? Wonder what cook time would be from frozen….
