I just discovered you and I’m so grateful God put your channel in my path! I was in a dark place but after watching your videos I decided to start actually reading and listening to the Bible, now everything is changing for the better! After over 15 years, I was laid off from my corporate career a year ago and at the same time, moved away from town out to acres in the Country. My husband drives so far to work and our kids are older. I’m seeing that although I’m physically alone a lot, I’m never actually alone with Jesus. Thank you for inspiration and motivation!

I'm in the same boat (not with the moving part, tho). I live very rural & my husband has always worked many, many hours & weird shifts, and driven far in order for me to stay home. My kids are 20 & 17 & even tho I am still homeschooling the younger one, I am alone alot too. She works, has friends, & after being together all morning for school often retreats to her room for the evening. I was a teenager once, so i 'get it'. I have felt unneeded in the recent past & wondering if anything I do makes a difference. Usually my husband is so tired that he is not a ton of company when he is home, either. things have been changing for the better, tho. i gained a new young wife/mother as a neighbor who has asked me to teach her all sorts of things. I also have gotten better about studying Scripture & I don't feel so alone either. It is weird because I am so busy all the time that I don't get 'bored', just missing companionship.

I would strongly encourage you to start gardening. Pour yourself in the land and your home. It’s seriously therapeutic. Also, find some ladies and start a weekly Bible study and brunch. You don’t have to be a scholar to do so. Living out in the country can seem isolating at times but I can tell you, just me personally, I’ve lived in town of a small town, large city, and now out in the country in a small town. I hands down love the country and the life it gives. It’s a break from the business of life. Hope this encourages you somewhat!

Many Christian homemaker videos emphasize work, sacrifice, diligence, etc. But never forget that it is always for love, the work should be motivated by love for god, your family, neighbors, and even enemies. Constantly take time to let that love fill your soul and it should bring joy.

Talking about health really hit home. My health is pretty bad. I know what I should be doing, but because of massive amounts of stress right now, I’m not doing what I know I should. I need to start praying for guidance and courage to do what is right. I’ll get there. I just need to make a few changes and stand up for myself. If I’m not well, I can’t help those around me. Thank you so much for all you do.

Pray to God the Father, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit ONLY. Praying to Mary is wrong and a sin! God our Heavenly Father knows what love is... He sacrificed His own son for US ! He's kind and compassionate, merciful and generous! The Bible says, GOD IS LOVE! So He can surely guide you how to love and care for others! ❤ Jesus is the Way and the Truth and the Life, no one comes to the Father except through Jesus! ✝️
@r_rodriguez311 ай бұрын
Ma'am with all due respect, I pray to the Holy Trinity only. As a Catholic, we have a Heavenly Mother (The Virgin Mary) to whom we ask for INTERCESSION of our prayers to Our Father in heaven. She LEADS us to Him. In the wedding feast at Cana, she said "Do whatever HE tells you." She is the perfect embodiment of what it means to follow the Lord, our God perfectly. Asking for Tabitha to provide content on our Holy Mother, is for the sole purpose that others may learn more about her and her virtues via our womanhood/motherhood. She has led many souls to Jesus, that is her purpose: To love and glorify God (NOT to be glorified herself). She is the perfect sinless woman and there is much we can learn about and from her. I am not a misled Catholic Christian who doesn't know what our Catholic faith teaches. We do NOT worship Mary; she is to be loved and respected, as our Lord did. I hope that provides clarity for you. @@dianemoore8289
@dianemoore828911 ай бұрын
@r_rodriguez3 The BIBLE gives me clarity. For ALL have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. All means All, including Mary. Do you have a scripture that says Mary is sinless? Yes, she was blessed and favored by God especially with her obedience, but she needed a Savior just like us. And the Bible never says to ask Mary for intercession. The Bible says there is ONE mediator between God and man and that is Jesus Christ. When our Lord died on the cross, that heavy veil, that curtain separating us and the Holy priests in the Temple where God's presence was, TORE! WE can go to our Heavenly Father! How amazing!! I don't mean to argue with you, or debate, because I grew up Catholic as well. When I read the bible, I learned where that religion twisted God's word and added to it. I'm glad you don't worship Mary. I did... I prayed the rosary and had her statue in my yard. That's idolatry! God is a jealous God! There's a lot of deception out there and the Bible is the only Truth to go by. ✝️😇 Peace to you🙏

With all respect, when you say it is not God strengthening the Proverbs 31 women that she does it herself needs to be re thought. When you look at the women in the bible, their stories clearing show Gods strength in what he set out for them to accomplish. I fully believe it is exactly God's strength in which we accomplishes all our duties. Yes we choose to do our task but we do it unto the Lord & with his strength in us. If our desire is to shows God in all we do...that is God in us, his strength giving us the desire & motivation to do what we do. I hope I'm explaining my thought ok here.

I used to read multiple versions because I thought that it would be helpful, but it created more confusion. The KJV is much more direct and to the point when you compare. Proverbs 31:17 KJV - She girdeth her loins with strength, and strengtheneth her arms. I'm not sure why you say that it's not God strengthening the Proverbs woman, since God should be getting all the glory for everything we do. She is praised primarily because she fears God. Very notably David said that it was God that girded him with strength. (Psalm 18:32) John 15:5 KJV - I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. Proverbs 31:30 KJV - Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised. Psalm 18:29-34 KJV 29 For by thee I have run through a troop; and by my God have I leaped over a wall. 30 As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him. 31 For who is God save the Lord? or who is a rock save our God? 32 It is God that girdeth me with strength, and maketh my way perfect. 33 He maketh my feet like hinds' feet, and setteth me upon my high places. 34 He teacheth my hands to war, so that a bow of steel is broken by mine arms.
@ThisMamasFaith11 ай бұрын
The king James version has removed 7 books from the Bible. The meaning behind me saying the proverbs 31 woman is strengthening herself is that she’s using her free will to improve herself and following the guidance of James 4:17
@believestthouthis711 ай бұрын
@@ThisMamasFaith I encourage you to look into the difference between the Textus Receptus and the Alexandrian manuscripts (that were sourced from the Vatican and originated in Alexandria, Egypt). The Textus Receptus was used for the Geneva Bible and the King James Bible. The Alexandrian manuscripts were used for all modern versions. I don't think that the KJV is lacking anything. The Apocrypha were never considered to be on the same level as the Old and New Testaments. The modern versions on the other hand, have to have enough changes in them in order to claim a copyright. Personally, I don't think I can really take credit for the things I do. I am definitely trying hard, but only God gets me through the day. 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 KJV 9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.

Did you just say “it is not God strengthening the woman, but herself”?????? Not biblical. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Not in my own strength. Sis, great video, but that part was NOT biblical and can be taken wrong by sisters that aren’t super strong in their faith or bible reading. 😔💔

When I’m saying this, the meaning is that you can’t just sit around and pray. You have to take action and use your free will that God gave you to make changes. You have to do the right thing. It is biblical, read James 4:17 for example. If you eat fast food everyday you cannot just pray to start cooking at home. You have to do that yourself. If you are overweight you can’t just pray to be slim, you have to put in the work yourself by exercising and changing your lifestyle. My entire channel is about glorifying God so of course I do not mean that we can be strong on our own without God…We have to take ACTION ourselves! Hope this helps clear that up 😁

Thanks for your inspiring video 🙏! I have a question, I am struggling with going to the gym and will not do yoga. Workout videos bore me! Would it be enough to vigorously do house chores and take the dog and kids for a walk daily? Is that a good workout or fulfilling God's instructions for women in Proverbs?
