So happy to see you two out and about here in the states. We love ya'll. I am 67yr old grandma. I was a regular cyclist, however 4 yrs. ago I was hit by a car. My family does not want me to ride my bike outside any longer. So I am on a trainer. But it is so beautiful out, now I started running. You and Mary keep me going. I am slow and can not go far, but ya'lls information get me pumped up. Have fun , thank you.

My Garmin HRM battery indicator is either good or it is dead. So I am going to replace the battery before race no matter what.

This is good stuff, and motivates me to get out there! As a beginner runner, I'm aiming to get to around 52km volume this week, two more 15K runs to go today and tomorrow in Zone 2.

In case no one told you, from the previous video, when eating at “In-n-out” order the, “protein style burger”. It hits the best of both worlds! If you really want to indulge in your desires order “animal style burger” and “animal style fries”.
