Yeah man , appreciate the thoughts !! I have thought this out as well . But your the first one to get me thinking on the fact they may not like the Ditka type approach because of the way he kinda won the city . Meaning they just want the Bears to win the city and not the coach . It doesnt work like that though . If TB gets us moving well and winning a few close games and looking the roll , id say why not , if the players are like yeah hes good ... we dont need no damn search . Maybe we had a diamond in the rough all along here
