Alex Jones actually asks some good questions. But my theory is that he's a government implant. I know this will piss off both Alex Jones fans and non-fans. That would make perfect sense. Thomas Middleditch (and a lot of the other guys from Silicon Valley) did a lot of stuff with Pete Holmes, and Conan was largely responsible for Pete Holmes having a show after his. So yeah, it would logically follow that Thomas and Conan would get along famously, and share a similar audience.

Im an atheist in the Army, a company commander, the other day I had to stand up to my brigade commander who wanted us to proselytize christianity in the barracks Fortunately I have the constitution on my side Edit: he wanted us to go through the barracks and advertise Soldier led bible studies, I told him 'I have no interest in proselytizing, sir,' this was in a command team meeting with Brigade, Battalion, and Company commanders. Anyone else in the military knows how much balls it takes to look a full bird Colonel in the eye and say that in front of everyone. But there was also a lawyer in the room who backed me up.

Stephen will ask some of the more outspoken atheists on occasion about it on his show, like Bill Maher or Ricky Gervais I guess, but as he's a Catholic himself it's not generally the focus of his interviews. Still, the absurdity of an app that prays for you... as if the phrase "thoughts and prayers" wasn't meaningless enough already.
