There is some baseball fields in that park that are named after my great great grandfather. He had a farm there before the park, and when the city of Philadelphia was trying to buy land for the park he donated a bunch of his property. I'm very proud of him for doing something that nice.

Nice! Lived in Philadelphia for many years, never knew there was a covered bridge there. Philly has a lot of nice trails, both for hiking and biking.

Every angle on this bridge is beautiful, but the angle with the stone arch and covered span in one frame is my pick for the money shot.

Right at the very end there was a Canada goose honking, if that's what you mean. Just before that I heard another bird calling but I don't know what it was. I'm sure a birder would be able to identify that call. Nice park and walking trails. Pennypack Park, also in Philly, is another nice park with trails.

That was a nice place. I would like to go there. What was that bird when you were on the road toward the end looking at the bridge? Never heard one like that. Be safe ❤❤❤❤
