At the end of the podcasts entire episode (about 8:30 seconds left) TD mentions Nsima retention training. What exactly is he referring too I’m having trouble finding exactly what they are referring to here

Honestly yo - get Yoga With Adrienne to balance out the meat head content. And if you can get Bill Esch from Kettlebell warrior (check out his accolades the dude is a monster).

Gretzky with points has a much bigger gap than the gap in the bench press by a wide margin. Also a bigger gap with just goals too...

Fine to say "ohh look at that Gap" .. but when Eddie broke 500kg he broke the deadlift by 85lbs.. IN THE SAME ACTIVE TIME of the other top strongmen. Breaking away by approx. 50lbs after yeeaaars go by is not the same as being a true breakaway athlete. Nut huggers, wipe your lips.

Eddie had the overall record There talking about raw I'm guessing, since eddie had a suit they compared it to the suit pr, where as this I'd assume is the biggest raw jump Especially since his best gym lift is 796, So that's around a 48 lb gap, the thing is that competition doesn't really matter if no one else can do it, if Julius had like 6 other guys doing around 740lbs and not going higher he'd still be on top
