When you’re benching 505 for a triple as a beginner at the gym is when you know you were born to take the bench record
@basicmeme10403 жыл бұрын
To be fair he already benched during hs football and more If a dude first time ever in the gym at let's say 300 flabby benched 505 for a triple he'd be benching 500kg raw later on

Kev the Sports Psychologist - spotted an area for improvement in your overall PB.......your left arm has a slight issue at the elbow friend. Heavy single arm dumbell (or ideally heavy kettlebell) - lying on the floor, yes the floor) will correct this, its not about your elbow coming right down its about getting your fingers as far from your shoulders as possible, which will iron out that elbow limitation. To complement this, stretch both elbows by standing in a 'crucifix' position and slowly push the backs of your palms back as far as they will go and hold for 30 seconds or so, work on building up how far back both balms can go. Do that at the end of every session just for a few mins/sets, ie 3 times about 30 seconds each. Hope that helps Champ!

It's time the warriors take strength sports back. Let's not forget Arnold Schwarzenegger was born into a poor family. When he came to America he worked a second job doing bricklaying while bodybuilding. When poor people represent strength sports it's good for the business. They don't take things for granted and are grateful. I miss seeing the 80s strongman videos where a pro would work 10-12 hrs in a steel mill then train for strongman at 6 pm right after work. Those guys are so cool and badass. Trust fund babies cannot emulate that energy. That humbleness, that work ethic is not there. They are just trolls that shine real bright for 5-10 years then you never hear from them again. I see guys like Eric Kanevsky and just cringe. I seriously doubt he could work a regular hard labor job like at a steel mill and workout and maintain his physique. Warriors like you Julius Maddox keep strength sports alive, the other guys are like WCW. Brash, cocky and will go out of business. And you're the strongest bencher in the world. Bottom line is simple. Whether it's Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jon Pall Sigmarrson, Jerry Pritchett, Ronnie Coleman, blue collar warriors bring a lot of good publicity to the sport and melt people's hearts. Because they are a great source of inspiration and motivation. Something social media forgot how to do. Even a chimpanzee that doesn't speak a language is more inspirational than social media is. Warriors > Trust Fund Babies.

You know some people wish they could meet Albert Einstein if they were alive back then to just pick his brain on the real to see how differently he thought and must have been than the people who wrote about him, but after hearing JM I'd rather talk to JM. It's the overcoming adversity, honesty, and dudes just different. To be inspired by him on the real I think ultimately you have to meet him and join forces.
