@Mr. Dog It definitely does increase energy, I've never seen someone snort a line and chill on the sofa watching TV. They don't call it Peruvian marching powder for nothing. It kinda blocks the serotonin/dopa/nor from leaving and being re-used as normal. Then they build up in the synapse and lots of dopa&serotonin feels good, but then it get's used up and the crash happens. I kinda like coca leaves for that reason. Not too much chatting random shit about vacuums and more just a restlessness feeling. Modafinil all the way tho, pop a cap at 6am, go back to sleep and by 7 you'll be itching to do something, anything, even if you got no sleep. It has massive benefits to memory formation too so if you try to learn something it sticks better. All very fun stuff. Mostly dopa too but zero come-down and no addictive nature like most stims.

In contrast, I go to bed around midnight and wake up without an alarm between 4-4:30 am every day. I then go to work 5 days a week pouring concrete (which is real "actual work" in all kinds of inclement weather) from between 6 and 7 am (depends on the season) until 2 or 3 pm. I have no extended education, no extended debts and make 80K a year. I'd also be willing to bet a big chunk of money I'm more fit. lol I remember when people used to flex about waking up at 5am, then evolved to the "4am club", now you can see "why I wake up at 3am" videos, not even joking dude...

Being chronically sleep-deprived makes one a burden on others. Something to consider.

4 hour sleepers are the kind of people to throw up a "silent godzilla roar" while either working or dying in school and then attempt to commit a 5-day-slumber aka coma

As someone who lives in the 3rd largest meth production area in America, this all seems way too familiar.

May I ask, where is the 3rd largest manufacturing zone? Maybe you live in my area😁👍

Kansas/Missouri area lol, last time I checked, anyways.

@@Frosty_tha_Snowman ah, rural. Indeed. Semi-rural Washington state here. ✌😃🇺🇸

@@sonofclay lol I can imagine how it is there. Thing here is, everything is illegal, even weed, but I think that very aspect makes even more people turn to meth. Boredom is a large catalyst for why people do drugs at all

As long as i can remember, i only get 4-6 hours of sleep. I can't go to bed until about midnight. And then, as soon as my head hits the pillow, my mind wakes up. It's the silence, with no distractions, it's perfect for thinking. At least that what my mind seems to think. So i spend 1, 2, sometimes 3 hours or so, laying there, trying to fall asleep. I don't notice it being not enough sleep, as that's all i've ever known, and what my body has always run on. And, everyone else in my family, my siblings and parents, can sleep as soon as they close their eyes. Literally within a minute, they are snoring.

As someone who regularly only gets around 5 hours of sleep each day, I feel personally-attacked 😆 Excellent skit And the world needs more Nikki Howard. She's a national treasure with out well she plays insane

Lol this reminds me of my sleep deprivation adventures which led to my psychotic break which almost killed me. Why would you say you'll sleep when you're dead? More like good luck dying early and sleeping your last 50 years of life in your afterlife.

Sleep deprivation is a huge crisis in America, largely I think due to a workaholic culture. We've convinced ourselves that we need that 50k+ job, but do we? Working all those hours to not even enjoy the income and hating your job 5 days a week only to live for the weekend. All that pressure adds up to stress and then sleep deprivation. And to add, we also convince ourselves to follow through school to work a job that may or may not make us happy because ultimately we think we need that job and that income while at the same time going into debt and crunching deadlines for that degree.
