Oh Jason, you’re crying inside. Eat what you can, as my grandma would say. We just finished a green salad (9:30am) before the heat sets in. And then leftover pasta salad for dinner. Lots of ice tea. Thanks for sharing, everything was lovely.

Our youngest son’s (40yo) view of eating mushrooms is to eat hem first and get it over with 😂. He can then get on with eating the good bits.

I have never seen hassle back tofu, it looks nice as does all the meals. In Australia we get some humidity in the summer that is harder than just the temperature. I feel for you, as the humidity zaps us out, it’s exhausting. ❤

I'm very glad the heatwave has ended. For now. I have uhthoffs which means if my body temperature rises even slightly, my ms gets significantly worse than usual. It makes life very difficult.

if you're not a fan of kimchi i'd try it cooked in a pancake - maanchi has good recipes! just add flour and water and cook in oil and its honestly HEAVEN

Hello you young guys (Paul & Jason) ! I’ve never seen you comment about protein and wonder if you take a protein powder smoothie or something. I’m older than Fred Flintstone so have to make sure I’m getting enough (protein, that is). Or, do you think it’s a bit of a myth to be concerned about it?
