Land of the Lost was my favorite. My sister and I used to reenact episodes of Dyna Woman and Wonder Girl. I also loved HR Puffin Stuff and Josie and the Pussycats. So many memories and simpler times. We had it better than kids do these days.

I used to watch "Captain Kangaroo", but it was the earlier, non-animated series with Bob Keeshan when I was younger with my siblings. We also watched "Davey and Goliath" (but we were Lutherans). Bill Cosby seems creepy now, but we had no idea about him; I only remembered him on "I Spy" and listened to him on his records.

The Bugaloos inspired my brother, two neighbor girls, and me to form our own musical group that we planned to call the New England Asters, never mind that none of us had guitars or percussion, much less knew how to play them if we had. We'd usually just lip sync to Bugaloos or Archie's records and pretend we were going to make it big sone day. Elementary school in the '70 was a very weird time! :)

As a child of the 70's, none of these shows were forgotten! I didn't like The Wombles or Lidsville, but i loved the rest! Sid and Marty Kroft made so many of my favorite shows, but Electa Woman and Dyna Girl was my favorite, since they are 2 of the 4 characters that gave love for the Superheroine in Peril/Trouble/Danger genre, which i still love to this day! 3 is a magic number is my favorite of all the Schoolhouse Rocks videos!

I never see shows like Flipper, Gental Ben, Daniel Boon, etc, on any of these lists. We had so much more than just strange and funny kids' shows. I would really live to see a full comprehensive list of the shows from the 70s and 80s. That would be really cool. I'm one of the older Gen Xers. I spent my young childhood in the 70s and my teen years in the 80s. It's been fun watching some of these lists and taking a walk down memory lane, but it would be nice to see a list that bridges the gap between.

So was The Banana Splits. It ran from September 7, 1968, to September 5, 1970, but it was still in re-runs into the 1970s. The same with H.R. Puffinstuf, which aired from September 6, 1969, to December 27, 1969, and was re-run into the 1970s.

There is a male voice actor on the text dramas of KZbin that sounds like space ghost. it’s overacting for sure, but he’s got a deep, booming voice. I keep expecting him to say he’s gonna take over the universe or something. Lol.

I remember all of those shows. I loved them as a child. 🤗❤️🤗 I may be in my 50’s now, but I really miss Saturday morning cartoons. Never caught the Wombles.

I loved watching electrowoman and dynagirl after land of the lost when i was a kid!!!!! Fun fun!!

Loved these shows! Highlights for me were Land of the Lost, Sigmund and the Sea Monsters, Isis, Captain Kangaroo, Speed Buggy, and Schoolhouse Rock.
