Radhi has also extensively studied Ayurveda, and shares some of the differences between eastern and western medicine. Radhi and Hannah discuss what inspired her to get into nutrition, as well as the inspiration behind her new cook book. Radhi shares her recipes, the process of writing the cookbook, the benefits of thoughtful living, eating, and more.

I came to this podcast because I have been following Rhadi since practically the beginning of her podcasts. Rhadi has changed how I look at what I am eating. I too am plant based due to chronic pain and fatigue. My health has improved dramatically since changing my diet and I find Rhadi invaluable for more information and recipes. Her new book is amazing - everyone surely needs more JOY in their lives.
