Thoughts on Classic TBC...

Here is the thing, I myself would rather play TBC or WOTLK instead of retail. However, Classic is the only thing out there that resembles the state of the game we used to love (11-15 year ago). And I don't think i'm the only one out there. Yes, you would split the player base up if you go for an approach where you have separate servers, but blizzard could always merge existing ones, so they won't be empty. It's not like all of the players will leave classic, TBC or Wrath. There will be more then enough players left to support a few very populated servers. The hardcore classic dedicated fans will most likely stay, like they did with the private server community. I get what you are saying about splitting up the population, look at retail it's practically dead. However, that also has to do with the fact that BFA is just very bad, maybe worse then WoD. If BFA was a great expansion, classics player base would be way smaller. Plus Blizzard gave in and remade a 15 year old game, so by not the recreating the first two expansion would be a slap in the face to those who always played on TBC, WOTLK private servers. Classic fans haven't been the only ones wanting their favorite game version back. I enjoyed your video. It actually made me want to comment for once :).
