@@dawnelder9046 Hurricanes occur in the Atlantic and northeastern Pacific Oceans. Cyclones occur in the Indian and South Pacific Oceans. That has always been the definition. The unmodulated hysterics crowd decided that bomb cyclone rolled off the tongue better than bomb hurricane I suppose.
