Hi George, Well Done young man. We all just adore you, righto !!! You've done well so far. Life is not a rush to GET somewhere, or BE someone, or HAVE things. You have a home, pets, family, money in the bank, and food in the fridge, and you are quite the baker too !! At 57, I got the life that I am living. And I just live life as it comes, and if it gets better, that's icing on the cake for me. Don't sweat the small stuff. The Wonderful thing about Tiggers is Tiggers are wonderful things tops are made out of rubber their bottoms are made out of springs Their bouncey, trouncey, ouncey, pouncey fun, fun, fun, fun, fun But the most wonderful thing about Tiggers is I'm the only one ...

I'm from Switzerland and once travelled to Edinburgh by train - I made a wee stop in London, but a friend once made the whole trip in one day! From Zurich to Paris I took the TGV, from Paris to London the Eurostar, and from London to Edinburgh the Caledonian Sleeper Train. It is a lenghty journey, especially compared to taking the plane, but definitively doable, especially if you make some stops along the way

Hey George ... if you want to go to Norway from the UK ... take a cruise. You'll probably have to drive or take a train (maybe to Southhampton) to get on a ship, but it's a great way to travel internationally (without flying sometimes) and I think you'd enjoy the solitude you can find on a cruise ship ... you participate as much as you want, and then you can go to your cabin when you wish.
@elainemacdonald65413 ай бұрын
@SherryAnnOfTheWest Definitely agree with this. I did a Norwegian cruise solo from UK Feb/March this year, 1st port Rotterdam then 7 ports in Norway. Agree with what you say about choosing what level of participation / solitude suits you.

I think some of these repeated questions could do a number on someone’s insecurities and hope these don’t do that to you and that you feel content with who you are and who you’re becoming. As far as personality tests/books, I agree with you, I think most of them color you in a positive light. My only plug is the Enneagram, I think it definitely touches on those shadow sides of all of us but some books and podcasts aim to pull you out of those shadow sides or habitual reactions and assumptions and grow into a healthier version of yourself. Blessings on you, George!

You are so adorable, George. Those two white patches of hair make you unique. It makes me happy just to listen and watch you do anything. You give out happy positive vibes. I am glad you do YT full time now because you make the world a better place by just you showing a life positively lived. Junior has a new cute buddy in Tigger. I have nothing against therapists, but we really are what we eat. The father of medicine said the same thing because it is true. Health problems, including depression, etc. can be offshoots of bad nutrition, including nutritional deficiencies. It is difficult to get clean/nutritious food because of the proliferation of pesticide use and genetic modification they're doing on our produce. People are quick to say genetically modifying an organism is not necessarily bad, but they can be really bad. Take for instance the pesticide glyphosate. I think in Europe glyphosate is banned, but everywhere else it is used, it is hurting people. I closely followed the research on how they spliced the gene of the corn with glyphosate. (Our corn supply is mostly GMO now.) That spliced seed when planted grows into a corn plant with glyphosate in each of its cells. You can then extrapolate that the corn syrup, cornstarch, corn cereal, corn tortillas, etc. coming from that GMO corn all have glyphosate. Glyphosate is what is in the weedkiller called Roundup. Eating corn products with glyphosate is just like drinking Roundup. It will make this too long if I enumerate all the negatives coming from exposure/consumption of glyphosate. The maker claims it is harmless as they pay millions in settlement with people developing cancer, etc. from exposure to it. There is a patented technology called Cytosolve which has mapped out all the molecular pathways of the human body (a feat many said could not be done). Cytosolve can tell whenever one takes a molecule of anything what molecular pathways are affected, what it does to the body. It makes animal testing unnecessary, but the person is so outspoken against the ruling elite that they have completely marginalized him and his work. He refuses to join the "club", the same club George Carlin often spoke about. I have so much more to say, but this is getting too long.

I love your personality. Especially the way you toss jokes in there, that I'm 100% certain not everyone gets. Brilliant. I would like to know where your fear of flying comes from? Obviously, I'm coming from a place where I was flying before I could walk. My dad was a pilot for 40 years. And though I know it's scary to some, flying truly is the safest mode of transportation. I also noticed that you didn't mention coming over here to the states. I wish you would, and down here to the deep south. Perhaps you need to try some different types of food that possibly could help you in that area. It's been a minute since I've sat still and watched your videos. Your house turned out beautifully (if this is indeed the house you and your brother? were gutting and redoing? As for anxiety, I've had it my entire life. So on that level, I can definitely relate to you. And the cats. I have a Ragdoll named Sweetie. And she is the epitome of her name. She acts more like a dog than a cat. She'd not leave my lap if I'd ever sit still. Good to see you, and well done on the therapy. I see a therapist once a month, and probably will forever.

Not sure if Ireland is on your bucket list for travel destinations, but there's a ferry crossing between Scotland and Ireland (maybe more than one route, not sure) that's super simple and doesn't take *too* long. The one I took left from Cairnryan to Belfast, and it took about 2 hours. After that, you can drive or take buses or trains around Northern Ireland and to Republic of Ireland. Super simple and low-stress. And there's always the Eurostar to mainland Europe. I will say, boarding the Eurostar is almost as stressful as navigating an airport, so that's worth keeping in mind if the whole airport experience makes you anxious (like me). There are also ferries across the Channel. They take quite a while and the arrival and departure times can be kind of strange.
@Patchy3 ай бұрын
I've been once before and really liked it and would like to go back next year. It's actually not the airport that bothers me, it's being in the sky and feeling trapped that I'm not keen on haha. I'll need to figure something out in any case!

Tigger is adorable with his loud purr. Looking forward to the unboxing. BTW there's no official limit on how many cats can live with a single person. In my opinion something between 2-6 is ideal as contrary to popular belief cats are not solitary creatures, they enjoy company of their own species while being a single cat negatively affects their mental wellbeing (with rare exceptions). Other four-legged pets like dogs, rabbits, ferrets, chinchillas, guinea pigs or even rats can be good too but cats are best.
