I went down that trail so many times when I studied and lived on Banovo Brdo, so thank you for bringing back some nice memories 😊😊😊

znaci pub, central pub, pivo i kobaja garage, bure piva , draft bar, our pub, funk and soul pub, liga pub, srpska kuca piva. Gret places, but you should definitely visit gardos pub. a small pub in Zemun, with craft beer, a beautiful view of the whole city and low prices

I've been to some of these but thanks for the recommendations! I'll make sure to visit the rest. And I totally agree, Gardoš Pub is awesome. The view from the lookout there is probably my favorite in Belgrade. 🙏🫶

Will you visit any mountain during winnter? Also recommendation for Narodna basta in Pancevo, especially sprin-summer.
@ExpatsInTheMakingАй бұрын
I will be visiting family during winter in Arizona so not this year. But I am a mountaineer (or at least I was before 6 years in Latvia, the flattest country in Europe 😉) and I very much look forward to getting into the mountains in the Balkans!! I likely will next winter and will definitely put out some videos about the experience. Around Pancevo, we've only driven through that area so I really don't know it. I'd join some expat groups on Facebook and Instagram. I'm amazed how much people know and share in those groups.

Silosi is pronounced Silosi, not Siloshi.
@ExpatsInTheMakingАй бұрын
It's because I don't have the Serbian keyboard on my computer. I know it should be Siloši but I also know many people don't know what to do with š.
@SASACAPTAINАй бұрын
@@ExpatsInTheMaking No, Siloši is not adequate spelling, maybe sth like Seelocee, with the stress on the first syllable. In Serbian it's Силоси. BTW, great cycling path and the music. The beer places ... well, Ok. There are many more there.
