I first watched this with my sister the other night as we were sitting vigil around the clock for my mom in hospice care. We both instantly recognize the Barbie case from our childhood. I know you understand the heartbreak of losing a mother alongside the joy of knowing you will see her again someday in heaven. I've been married 46 years, and have been thrifting all those years to make my home. We moved so many times in our life, but always love to rescue old items. They speak to me, and feel more at home with them around me, it's a way of life. I so enjoy "going" with you guys to these shops, it's so much fun to watch and see what you bring home. I do not tape, but that is because with practice, I have gotten to be a good enough painter that cutting in neatly is second nature, so I no longer need to tape. 😊 Debi, you should DEFINITELY KEEP the multi pink crocheted afghan for yourself, because it is the PERFECT SIZE and contains the PERFECT COLORS WITH YOUR DECOR.💕💟💌 How are you ever going to find another one in perfect condition that meets all of your wish list criteria for ONLY SIX DOLLARS⁉️🙉 Won't happen again, and if you sell it, you will be 💔 😭 heartbroken by SELLER'S REMORSE‼️*

The shop looks adorable! The red ‘bed’ shelf looks great. I’m glad you left it red. I’m surprised the floor paint dries fast enough to be able to walk on and put furniture on by the next day. When I paint furniture i always wait about a week for it to cure before I put anything on it.

I LOVE the new clothing barn :-). And the jewelry armoire is gorgeous! So glad to see something painted white-it's stunning and doesn't take away from all of the beautiful clothing. My very favorite thing in the video though is the pair of blue and white lace up heels! I gasped when I saw them and thought.... oh, I NEED those! Sigh.
