Michaels sells glass ornaments, and if you go to the paint section there are high gloss, water based sealers that aren't that expensive. I just found a diy paint dealer near me and bought one lovely color... Every other dealer is 100+ miles away...

my sofa is synthetic velvet with tubes in the back upper portion of the sofa. Has alot of dirt that has settled. can I paint it white again? Or should I try beige/cream?

I'm so enjoying your stories layered in with the tutorial. I wish I could find friends like you at this time in my life. Girl friends later in life seem elusive. All my girl friends now have family to soend their time with, and were hours away from each other anyway. I made friends at church, but when I stopped going to church they stopped being friends. And then few are healthy, actuve, and creative. I have a wonderful husband who is my best friend and supportive of my passions, and I thank God for him! It's weird, this time of my life. At least I am free to follow my interests each day. 🤷🏼 My neighbor had beautiful peaches last year. I have several bags of frozen fruit to use. This year will be ok, but last year the bounty was overflowing. All glory to God!

Gorgeous! Love the half n half approach. I get inspired by so much art that I see on Pinterest, KZbin, shops, faires... I have supplies of every kind, books, experience... And even if I intend to copy someone else's ideas, I always vere off. ALWAYS! My nature is not to follow. I tell myself to pick something from Pinterest and make (copy) it... I'll get the basics down, but then I get my own ideas and I'm off! But I totally get what you're saying. And we change so much from 20s to 50s, 50s to 60s... And with Jesus in my life, it's so much better. Being retired is also a blessing. Gotta hunt down some diy paint. Loving the saturated colors! God bless!

Was looking through boho videos and you sites came up . OHHH JUST LOVED WATCHING YOUR VIDEO. Loved the recylce of the faces . So looking forward too watching some more of your videos but I have too go put some new plants in the garden . I,m arty and don't follow the normal . Have a mix of things from all eras . Have a closed in verandah room has wood fire in . Even without the fire it's the warmest place in the house being mid winter here . Been crotheting beanies ,so nice place too sit and crothet with a cuppa. Finally got the ceiling painted about 8 ft wide room by 30ft . The walls have pale green so needed a fresher look . It's a rental I rent from family , so not wanting too spend a fortune on paint I got some on special .The man at the paint shop asks what colour too put in the white base .I showed him the sample which was an apple green . Umm can't add too this type of paint which was an outdoor solar guard paint . I wanted too use that too seal limestone wall. Umm what about this colour he says which was a very dark teal blue .Me tired says yes too that colour .Me who doesn't stress about much ,stresses for days about paint chose . Well started painting and have left hand side wall painted . Looking very cosy .Have put the furniture and coffee table back and added new second hand decor .A day out looking through some opshops I m an opshop girl .Been sitting in my half painted room with a cuppa looking down the paddock Aussie Paddock a veggie patch this side of the fence .All the birds too watch . Happy with my little boho corner . I,m 65 and have been decorating like this for ever. The front verandah room will get finished but will be little by little as I have MS and my energy runs out .

HEY, just discovered you , ordered some paint already! I hope for a Q and A on more technical stuff, like, I already painted a dresser with latex paint can I use your paint over it and blend some of your paint on it? What I really want to say is ,I LOVE your camera angle and how you fiddle with all the stuff in your hands. Don't change that. it sets you apart from the rest . ALSO I think your me, or , I am you! I have a SLUEGH of roadside finds and a shed and a side yard FULL of stuff that one day I will get to or find a place for .I walk around with an item in my hand from place to place in my house or yard just trying to find a spot for my treasure! NO that spots full, No , full also. And I also have a BAD, Home Goods ,Ross ,THRIFT STORE ,PROBLEM. I keep telling myself enough is enough but the things in those stores REALLY have a hold of me. I go there for entertainment . Like you my place is cute and not like on the hoarder show but I do feel that sometimes all I do is try to manage it ,when I Just want to relax , leave it be,and enjoy it but I seem to need to change up the decor often, therefore off I go to another estate sale ! your videos have really RESONATED with me. I plan on sending is A picture of this old iron table I found on the side of the road ,After I paint it. with your paint of course, its really old and heavy and I paid some guy to help me put it in my car! Its really detailed with flowers and branches and curvy scrolls. well goodbye for now I am subscribed so waiting for the next video and my paints to arrive to try them out on my hoard of stuff and give them a new life out of there pile!!!
