Massive w ,going crazy with updates 1 runes are farmed from open world dungeon bind on pick up with ststa changes like 20% crit they drop with rng but can never roll lower than what you have 2 artifacts are gems that can be freely slotted and removed they add new skill changes like invis at 20 hp 3 skill expression come from playing co-op dungeons and leveling ,these change skill like fire ball to instant cast or larger aoe 4 trait reroll with solent not lucent

I was also confused why they didn't mention the Spear seeing as they said it was coming in the "Summer" update but once again still W changes!
