Has she published a book of these photos? I would love a momento from that era.

A friend of mine introduced me to Eddie Vedder after that first gig at the Off Ramp. We were all stunned at this new singer in Stoney and Jeff's band. I shook his hand and said, "man I really dig your vox!" He got all embarrassed and said, "oh man, I sounded awful - I'm so hungover from partying last night." Whew...the rest is history!

Thinking back I wonder how many photos of hers I have seen over the years without ever knowing..or even thinking about...who took them and the context...this is a whole new nerdy angle for me to look back on greatest days of music through the pictures that have captured the greatest moments in music history... special time to capture.. important to music

Wow, to be an integral part of one of rock's greatest musical eras...bravo!! I grew up in the 90s and must have seen Karen's work a number of times (unknowingly)...so great to see the artist behind the lens.

This was fantastic! What a great story that so many people (including myself) would never know without Gibson doing these excellent videos. Mark and the team at Gibson are killing it! Thank you and keep them coming!

Props for Gibson for not caring that Kurt cobain was holding a strat in the photo that they showed, and not just showing krist who was the only one who played gibsons in the band. Shows that no matter what name is on the headstock a piece of music history should always be treasured and given its proper treatment.

Great photos! What an amazing career she’s had capturing these iconic pieces of rock and roll history. I had to laugh, however, when she said her first camera was a DSLR. Of course digital cameras didn’t yet exist. She meant SLR. Also, Tom Petty was always very cool with photographers. He would let them stay and shoot the whole show, which is unheard of these days. God bless him.

Aside from a couple of detail inaccuracies from events 30 years prior, she's still got an absolutely overwhelming photographic documentation of amazing artists during an amazing time. You're nitpicking at greatness.
