Amazing how it's the thin fine threads in life that can lead you to your destiny. Dude knocked on the door, it opened, a camera was presented to him. Notice, he had to do something (knocked, mowed the grass, etc.). This is a word for someone reading this.... MOVE..... GO...... YOU CAN DO IT!

Listening to Mark retail stories and seeing these iconic photos from great moments which happened well before I was even alive is really gratifying. I’m a huge rock/hard rock/heavy metal enthusiast so I’ve seen a good majority of the bands he talked about live in concert over the years. So cool to hear Mark’s story. As a teenager, his photographs were access to the visual world of rock music and the artists behind it all. I’d religiously head to the newsstand every few weeks and the owner was kind enough to let this kid browse all the music magazines there.

That was really great!! I was never into looking at dudes when I was a kid, but me and my buddy Rusty would rip through the music as fast as we could get our hands on it. We didn't even know what these bands looked like until MTV started. We were in it for the music!! As an amateur photographer, I totally respect the art!
