Wow you've been on an adventure. Not sure what's up with Palmerton, the town just before the American flag on top of Blue Mountain, they closed the jail house hostel after 40 years. Was the blue blaze trail to town closed as well? You said there was a no walking sign at the road crossing.

Yeah, I'm not sure what was up with that. I dont know why the no walking sign was there...on the A.T. But i did hear that the jail house hostel was closed. It was sad... I was looking fwd to staying there.
