For those commenting that Kisame can’t absorb the Nine Tails chakra due to it being poisonous. This is only made to be the case when it inflicts damage to the opponent, on top of this Kisame has shown the ability to absorb the Kyuubi’s chakra in Part 1 along with absorbing the same type of Version 2 hide. This supplemented with the fact Samehada is also the one absorbing the chakra makes it impossible to confidently say he just wouldn’t be able to do it. My 2 cents

You mentioned how Sasori probably poisons Jinchūriki as per his usual MO then gives them the antidote later, but thinking about it that seems like a good reason behind why his specially crafted highly potent poison takes an entire 3 days to kill you. It has more immediate effects which incapacitate you, and you can be killed easily from there sure, but like with Kankuro if you get poisoned and then left as is it takes days to die from it. Seems like it actually might have been tailored to capturing Jinchūriki and keeping them subdued when transporting them to the ritual site.

When he absorbed Bee's chakra, he was surprised by the amount stating that a normal person would go insane. Kurama even half, has more chakra than 8 Tails and its chakra is poison due to its hatred behavior. Kisame wouldn't handle it, even Nagato didn't really try to absorb KCM1 Naruto's.

They all get Slap & Speedblitz. Itachi's Amaterasu will not work, Kyubi tail state's are also heat related (Orochimaru actually almost melted the second he touch 4 Tails Naruto's skin), also the Tsukoyoumi will be useless due Itachi not being Madara who was the only one knowing how to control the Nine Tailed Fox. 6 Tail Naruto is Definitly More Powerful then Sage mode at that point, downside is his loss of control and versatily compared to Sage but it's sheer power and regen is worth the trade most times, like in this fight. Aldo on the "no one alive can controll the nine tails" bit im pretty sure that it was all about the nine tails chakra. We know focusing chakra can detect and break out of genjutsu, and we saw Nagato own people by controlling their chakra using the rods. But he failed to do so in the end due to kurama being that powerful. Now we know Madara did it, and we know Obito did but also posesses Hashirama cells. We know Hashirama could straight up supress and weaken the tailed beasts. Itachi has the Genjutsu ability, buz is to weak to dominate Kuramas chakra. And even a healthy full vision Itachi would be because Kurama is THAT strong in terms of chakra that half of it rivals a perfect Sussannoo. And a full one is twice that. Itachi therfor needs to combine sussannoo to totska him as thats the only option he has. Unlike the 8 tails this chakra cloak versions can just seperate the burning parts and fight on. The 8 tails in its full form is a physical being unable to just remove parts of skin.

Kisame gets bodied, Sasori is his worst possible matchup. It’s impossible given kisame’s fighting style for him to not get tagged and poisoned and the poison isn’t chakra so Samehada can’t cure him. ALSO the poison stops you from being able to build up chakra or move.

For reference, the chakra shield on Sasori’s puppet arm used by Kankuro blocked a huge explosion from Edo Deidara comparable in size to the C2 that blew off CM2 Sasuke’s wing. Iron sand shower is also the weakest but fastest form of iron sand. The giant iron sand hammer and nail blocks are stated in Databooks to be capable of smashing through defenses of that level.

Pain struggles but if he struggles he can win. Kisame noted samehada loved the octopus flavored chakra and so was absorbing it quicker than normal... Meanwhile until KCM? Naruto's nine tails chakra is stated to be extremely evil, and even literally poisonous. To the point it poisoned Sakura and Kabuto. Tsunade Jr, and Orochimaru's top subordinate and medical expert. They should each have good poison resistance and still got messed up by Kyuubi chakra. And on Itachi vs the databooks stating noone alive can control the 9 tails? Itachi doesn't have to control the 9 tails, simply weaken it to the point the sealing jutsu can contain it again. Sasuke before even absorbing Orochimaru stopped it pretty quick when Naruto tried to use 3 or 4 tails against him.

The problem with Kisame is that the v2 cloak from kurama is essentially a poison. If he tries to absorb all of the v2 chakra, samehad might very well die. And we know that even half the 9 tails is leagues more powerful than the 8 tails at the same level (v2 kurama > v2 gyuki and so on). So kisame might not even be able to take v2 away to begin with.

But the mask unlike Kisames doesn't just give the chakra to Menma immediately he has to reabsorb the mask to get that chakra. It's a very hard battle for him. He would probably be able to blitz most of them. Since in base he's fast enough to keep up with Sage Mode Naruto and Kurama Implies that even in his Nine Tails Zero form he would be greater than 9 Tails Chakra Mode which is faster than the Raikage. So Menma with just his Red Eyes Form and re absorbing his masks is low-key as strong as Bijuu Mode. Which is an insane implication. Honestly didn't even need to pull out the 9 tails.
