I have a question. If the thymus shrinks after our teenage years, are all of us energy workers performing the "thymus thump" just thumping fat behind our sternum?

Could this condition I will describe next, ( and any dr has been able to explain) could have something to do with a Thymoma I was recently diagnosed? I don’t have Diabetis , but if I eat sugar I get a very ugly pain like spasms always from the middle back and up

I’ve recently been diagnosed with a thymoma and I’ve been doing some research, as prior to this I didn’t even know what the thymus was! Really enjoyed the video, very well explained even for someone like me without any medical background 😊 PS: the arm falling cracked me up 😂
