Dr. Bolin: I have a question. For patients who undergo a thymectomy via the midline sternotomy approach, wouldn't their muscle weakness improve post-operatively, as is the end goal of the procedure -- in such a way that would allow them to breathe comfortably after the surgical site has healed?
