The company knows that but they DGAF because of corporate greed. The same thing happens with they call about something else, they think I am telepathic and can figure out the problem without checking their file or bill. And I can't call the company greedy pigs who only care about revenue because they hire snitches to listen to every call and if I mention to the customers about problems like that or about outsourcing they can fire you faster than it takes me time to say hello.

This is exactly what I was thinking as I watched this. Businesses do not care, especially the large ones. The large medical groups are guilty of this too. But the argument is that people do not want to work. Okay. That is might be true that people do not want to work. There are people that do want to work, apply for jobs and they get no response. What is the answer to this situation? I am not sure, but I have tried changing with whom I do business with and it seems to be working much better.

You’re right. But there are still those few people who do. And when we find them, I think we need to acknowledge them so that they continue to care.
