I would suggest you put a pillowcase protector especially waterproof ones. It will keep your pillows perfectly clean and stainless for years. It's an investment. Also protective pillowcases help keep dust mites, dead skin, sweat and body odour out. Just my personal opinion.

For the sleeping pillow use the small couch pillows not the bed pillows for between your legs and you can turn much easier. You could also try a pregnancy pillow. These worked well for me.

I really don't like electric toothbrushes. My hubby gifted me one and unfortunately I ended up having to making several visits to the dentists. Maybe I don't know how to use them.
