Great rifle, even greater scope. I shoot a 6.5 CM Ruger Precision Rifle in competition with a Bushnell LRS 3.5 - 21 x 50 scope with a Horus H59 "Christmas tree" reticle. I hold ONLY on the hash marks, no dialing in competition for me.

Tape the timer to a 1x2 and you can hold it closer to muzzle. Not really necessary unless you want exact time.
@Tier1Concealed2 жыл бұрын
good idea! we like having the exact times to help us see where we can make improvements and where we need to slow down or speed up. not 100% necessary, though, since we had the par time set.

@@Tier1Concealed exactly what I was thinking. For that course a par time was perfect because more than likely that's how they run the shooter.

Seems way easier than I would have thought. I guess swat "snipers" don't usually need to actually take a far shot though
@wallace90452 жыл бұрын
I haven't shot this yet, but there's a good chance its a lot harder than it looks. Try shooting the Bruiser ladder drill in 1 minute. Looks easy on KZbin, but its no easy feat. Also, its just the shooting portion of their qual. Swat snipers are very good at setting up urban hides and have to be excellent (fast, and very precise) with radio communications without un-marrying themselves from their guns.
