I never thought Tiffany was funny I always get second hand embarrassment when I see her “trying” to be funny but for the Wayan Brothers to say she’s doing too much is something because I always thought they did too much 😅especially Marlon and Shawn

My son told me after Girls Trip hit the theaters “ I don’t like Tiffany Haddish because she embodies every stereotype against black women. She is not funny.” I had to realize he was telling the truth.

Tiffany has suffered a lot of serious trauma in her youth. As a result she has arrested development IMO. I personally am not entertained or amused by her brand of comedy. She’s over the top loud and ignorant. I simply cannot endure her antics in any way, shape or form. I think she’s as pretty as can be and has potential. I really do wish her well.

Her behavior is ridiculous and it’s sad. Like a minstrel show. Makes me feel like she was publicly positioned intentionally to denigrate black women.

She's actually a versatile actor. So maybe you're right. Similar to the way they do with alot of the more "popular" female rappers.

I agree she is pretty. When Tiffany first came out, I gave her a chance. But I don't find her funny. I, too, think she tries too hard to be liked. She is dealing with childhood trauma and rejection..yes she needs therapy. No can't read a room and don't have the emotional skills to be a mature adult.

People who want to do it all never take the time to develop in one or two things versus the many. Tiffany is not a comedian. I believe the same thing about Mo'Nique. I believe they are funny in situations, such as a dramatic comedy. They are better at acting. The same is true of Jennifer Lopez. She is not a singer, and she tries to dance like Janet Jackson in her style, but she is a better actor. For all three women, it is that talent that needs more development and the push towards achievement. Quit doing everything. Focus on the 1 to 2 things you know for a fact you are great at, and then build from there. Great video.

I have always felt as though Tiffany Haddish was doing too much. She is never going to put in the work to heal her trauma. She gets paid a lot of money to be “unfunny”.

I wish her well, especially given her difficult past and circumstances. Tiffany's "comedic or acting" style isn't for me. Her approach to humor and acting feels too over-the-top for my taste, and I can't connect with her performances so I turn the channel no matter what she's doing; interview, acting, speaking, whatever. I can't even explain how she got to this level; but whatever. Comedy is subjective, and what works for some may not work for others. I hope she somehow is able to grow both personally and professionally; but I've made the decision a long time ago to simply choose entertainment that better matches my preferences. Thanks for this commentary though; wonderful review.

I think Tiffany is not funny and she often fills out every negative stereotype of black women being over sexual; (like in her speech), loud and makes what appears to be rushed decisions. I do think she’s a better actress.

Tiffany Haddish has already been married; to a white guy for about 5-6 years. She’s suffered multiple miscarriages about 8-9 times. So, she’s lived her life. She’s enjoying the ride because she’s always had success.

Kevin Hart has been her so call mentor and he has been very instrumental in here career and unfortunately he used his platform to open doors for her but not helping her to get the help she needs and part of that is because he only cared about her popularity and if she could sell the tickets for what ever just as he did for himself but unfortunately there is no longevity because eventually the truth will be revealed ❤.
