とても勉強になります！ 少し違うお話となってしまい失礼致します…！ 手の握り方と足の筋肉の活性化は関係ありますでしょうか？ 例えば、手の内側(親指や人差し指)に力を入れるように握ると、脚の内転筋が使いやすくなるなどです！ ご教示いただけたら幸いです！
